In general, it\u2019s sold in\ntablet form, so then you have to grind up a tablet or two, which is equal to\nabout 1-2 teaspoons. After the charcoal has been ground up into a fine dust,\nsprinkle just enough of it into water to create a paste. Gently dab the\nsolution on your teeth. Try not to rub it on, as that can damage your tooth\nenamel. Leave the mixture on for about three minutes to ensure that it has\nenough time to bond with the chemicals causing your discoloration. Finally,\nrinse your mouth out with water several times before brushing your teeth to\nmake sure they\u2019re squeaky clean and white. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
